Preamble
Avignon Ceramic is a manufacturing company of technical ceramics dedicated to several niche markets.
Since 1870, managers and staff have kept on questioning themselves to adapt to big industrial changes they have faced.
Avignon Ceramic owes its durability to its innovation capacity and also to the respect of the values and principles that guides it.
I therefore invite all the present and future staff members from Avignon Ceramic to be informed about these moral values and principles, and to do their best to conform to them.

We recognize, respect and encourage cultural differences within the company. We rely on merit and skills principles so as to attract, train, promote and keep the best ones inside our organisation. We do not tolerate any kind of discrimination nor harassment.

We make sure that our wages are conform to or higher than the legal minimum wages, and that they fully respect the law.
8) HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK
Avignon Ceramic endeavours to implement an active policy for prevention in terms of health and safety at work, and makes sure it is constantly applied.
9) ENVIRONMENT
Avignon Ceramic commits itself to implement a policy for management and constant improvement of its industrial premises, bearing in mind the environment preservation.
10) PROTECTION OF OUR KNOW-HOW, CONFIDENTIALITY
Every staff member from Avignon Ceramic is under the obligation not to disclose to any third party nor to any company’s employee who is not accredited to know it, any Professional information he may have access to.
